Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 48 hours notification, for any cancellations. For a full refund, cancellations must be made a full 48 hours before the scheduled start time of your water sport adventure. After 48 hours, no refunds will be given. Cancellation within 48 Hours: If you cancel your booked adventure(s) within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, you will be charged the full amount of the adventure(s) booked.
Cancellation Process: Cancellations can be made by contacting our customer service team via phone, email or on the website. Please provide your booking details when contacting us.
Refund Processing: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 2 – 5 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking. No-show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled water sport adventure without prior notice, you will be considered a “no-show,” and no refunds will be provided.
Weather-Related Cancellations: In case of adverse weather conditions that lead to the cancellation of your adventure, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided. Our captains will make the final decision regarding adverse weather conditions. Guests who choose not to participate based on weather concerns, without a confirmed determination of adverse weather, will not be eligible for a refund.
Provider’s Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any adventure due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, equipment issues, or insufficient participation. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered. By booking a water sport adventure with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation policy.
