1.1. Service Description: Paradise Ocean Sports offers a variety of water activities including snorkeling, sightseeing, parasailing, banana boat rides, jet ski rides, and power jet boat rides. Additional activities include party cruises, dinner cruises, and private charters.
1.2. Eligibility: Participation in our activities requires that you meet the minimum age and physical condition requirements specified for each activity. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are medically fit to participate.
1.3. Booking and Payment: All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents. Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other specified payment methods.
2.1. Cancellation by You: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled activity will not be eligible for a refund.
2.2. Cancellation by Us: Paradise Ocean Sports reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
3.1. Safety Instructions: All participants are required to follow the safety instructions provided by our staff. Failure to adhere to safety guidelines may result in the termination of the activity without a refund.
3.2. Alcohol and Drug Policy: Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances before or during activities is strictly prohibited. Participants under the influence will be denied participation and no refund will be provided.
3.3. Behavior: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and safe manner. Any behavior deemed disruptive or dangerous by our staff may result in removal from the activity without a refund.
4.1. Assumption of Risk: By participating in our activities, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with water sports and agree to hold Paradise Ocean Sports harmless from any claims or liabilities.
4.2. Insurance: We recommend that all participants have adequate travel and medical insurance to cover potential risks. Paradise Ocean Sports does not provide insurance coverage for participants.
5.1. Personal Information: We collect personal information necessary for booking and providing our services. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.2. Data Usage: Personal information will be used solely for the purpose of providing the booked services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
